We ask that you arrive for all appointments 15 minutes in advance to complete any necessary paperwork. If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you when possible, but we may provide you with a shortened visit and ask you to reschedule for another time if additional discussion of your issue is required.
Appointment cancellations and changes must be done by telephone at 650-433-8925. Telephone office hours are Monday through Friday 9:30-5PM. New patient appointments need to be cancelled 2 weeks (10 business days in advance for refund of your fees. For returning patients cancellations made three or less business days before a scheduled appointment are considered “late cancellations.” Any “late cancellations” will be billed at the full fee of the scheduled visit. We require that all patients have a current credit card on file to use for billing “late cancellation” fees.
